The terms and conditions set out your rights, and those of vXc Creative ("we" or "us"), in relation to this website.

 

When we refer to "vXc Creative" in these Terms, we mean us, the Site and/or the Services.

By ordering with vXc Creative, you accept that you are entering into a contract with us under these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website.

 

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

 

We try to make sure that every product on vXc Creative is shown accurately and those prices are correct at time of sale. However, occasionally there may be small variations in colour due to the photography lighting. All handmade items may have slight imperfections due to the way in which they are produced.

 

We may, without prior notice, change the products and/or services; stop providing the products and/or services or any features of the products or services we offer; or create limits for the products and services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products and services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

 

At vXc Creative, you can pay for your products using PayPal, you can pay by a credit card, debit card or your PayPal funds.

From time to time, we may need to cancel an order for the following reasons:

  • If, unfortunately, we do not have your chosen product in stock

  • If there has been a pricing or product description error

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-14 working days. Expected delivery times and prices will differ depending on which products you order. More details are set out below. We send a confirmation email, the day that we dispatch your order. Royal Mail advises that 90% of all First Class post arrives the day after dispatch but can take longer to arrive. Our postage prices include the price to pack and package your order. vXc Creative reserves the right the change the postage cost at any time. During the order process, vXc Creative will generally notify you of the dispatch dates available and the expected timeframe for receiving your order; however, vXc Creative does not guarantee delivery dates or times. We will make you aware of delivery prices at checkout, prior to payment.

If a delivery attempt is made and you fail to rearrange or collect your item from the sorting office (Royal Mail) and its subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for paying postage for it to be resent to you. If your order hasn't arrived you must contact us within 14 days to let us know.

The dispatch date is the day we SEND the item you have ordered, NOT the day it will be delivered to you.

  • Your order is likely to arrive much quicker if you use a postcode

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide for any order you place is correct. If you give the wrong address at checkout you remain liable for this. If the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying postage again

Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to perform Services where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood and extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, or industrial dispute or strike.
